I check in with Comic Books Are Burning In Hell depending on the topic, and i have been meaning to check out Jim Rugg's podcast Tell Me Something I Don't Know but just haven't had the time.
I echo Dean S.'s sentiment, i have just enjoyed comics a lot more since i scaled back a bit and stopped listening to people constantly talking about them.
Highly recommend Tell Me Something I Don't Know, all the interviews are good, I'd start with an interview with someone you're interested in and maybe just listen that way. Gary Groth's recent interview was a good listen, Eric Skillman as well.
Less comic podcast definitely improve enjoyment of comics, also finding less comics have the same effect.
What I listen to regularly:
Comic Books Are Burning In Hell
Decompressed (depending on the interview subject)
iFanboy Pick Of The Week
The Ink Panthers (not really a comics podcast)
Inkstuds (depending on the interview subject)
