I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner.  And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town.

Oh, dang, I died at reading that line. Thanks, man!
On a sidenote, though, is that some kind of a meme that's going around, y'know, like building shitty, weird websites with untrue but totally funny facts?

Lobo belongs in the Marvel U.  He just does.

But it's so much sweeter that he's in DCU, that makes him the odd-man out, the pervy uncle at your birthday party.

Braniac into the MU and place him in the fantastic four. I want a bitch fight between Reed and Brain because they dispute over quantum physics and Kaku's hair.

I think I heard that he left for greener pastures, which could mean:

a. He's going to write a new draft for the Ex Machina movie and gets a buckload of money
b. He's working on a new ongoing series and gets a golden donkey
c. He's taking some time off
d. puh, maybe he's developing a series for HBO

Sorry, took some time to reply, and I respect you for being reasonable and not letting this discussion to be another internetz flamez warz (apparently everthing on the internet ends with "z" now). Karma!

I agree, that the discussion is a little bit shifted to the production side and I also think that everything now needs to be discussed again when the four movies are out and seen by us. And I can totally understand your opinion that NGE is somewhat one of the, if not the biggest, gateway drug into anime. It's just logical that this series resonates with so many people, that on a personal level this series is to be looked as a masterpiece and I'm not judging that in any way, shape or form.  Thumbs Up
And I'm glad that we found common ground on that subject, well, the only thing that's left is probably to be talked about after you've seen RoE 1.
1951  Forums / The Bullpen / Re: I didn't care for Loeb's Hulk series, do you agree? on: 04:07 PM | Friday, July 17, 2009
And another thing...if you're going to say you felt 'ripped off', you might not want to establish that you got to read the book FOR FREE.  No

finishing up mad men season 1 and then starting on mad men season 2....

So, so good. It's gonna be back soon.
Currently watching a ton of documentaries, but nothing else. I feel drained. Too much information.

One person's lime juice is another person's spiked lemonade.

I want to see that little girl at her stand that sells spiked lemonade.

@topic: Well, nobody forcing you and you might contemplate buying another book, but it's always a bad call to malign a book fully on subjective opinions. It's not bad and I can feel your pain to some extent. But it would be just another stereotypical board if everyone would start threads about the books that they hate. I sure would have a ton of them. So, what I'm saying lighten up, bind that sucker and sell on Ebay!  Wink
