The very idea of spoilers sends listeners scrambling PARTICULARLY for a book that so many a) read and b ) wait on.
This is certainly true for me. It's something that makes iFanboy very hard for me to listen to. I think they do an excellent podcast, but the spoilers have me fast-forwarding through huge chunks of the show, ditto Awesomed By Comics. Like I say, both truly excellent podcasts, but you have to stay bang up to date with your books to listen to them comfortably.

Did I miss any mention of "The Mighty" Nope, didn't get a mention. I voted for it - in best mini (it was always slated for a 12 issue run, so I thought it qualified). By the way, I voted for Walking Dead even though I read it in trade I voted for Ghost Rider as best Marvel book, I read that in trade too. Because it got no mention at all, I'm thinking that maybe the single issues didn't come out in 2009. Did they? Also, well said Darrell. I don't always agree with you, but you are right - you have every right to be pissed off with the increasing cost of comics and to moan about it. RAGE ON SIR!

Don't forget folks, there's a Darick Robertson Conan comic out this week! That's got to be good, no? It's also $3.50 for 40 pages. Can't believe it's not on anyone's list! It's one of only three for me...
Conan: The Weight of the Crown (ONE SHOT) R.E.B.E.L.S. #12 Iron Man #22
I was going to get the Moore thing from Avatar, but the solicits make it sound like it's a glorified preview package for a yet-to-be-released series. Still, it is Moore, so I might pick it up.

I'd like eight hours a night, but it never seems to work out for me (kid is an early riser!). I now find that I get by on six hours. There was a time when that little sleep on a regular basis would have killed me, but I think I'm used to it now. Anyone function on less than six hours over a sustained period. I mean properly function? Anyone need more than eight?

sort of similiar. Raab is also yummy. Have you ever had Romanesco broccoli. It tastes a bit more like cauliflower, but it's a contender for most beautiful vegetable. Have a look... Woah!

I'm also guessing that Brightest Day will involve the return to life of a significant number of dead heroes and heroines as well as villains. It wouldn't suprise me if they were all resurrected.
Edit: OK, so this was already mentioned earlier in this thread. My bad, it's tricky to read every thread in detail on a crappy mobile device.

Ha! How about: "You think this is good son, you should read this Swamp Thing comic from 1972!" By the way, you just know that in 20 years time men in their mid to late 30s are going to be reading gritty, violent reimagined Ben 10 stories from IDW.

So, where's the speculation about what "Brightest Day" is going be about? Despite it's happy fun time name, I would assume it's not going to be puppies and rainbows. Didn't they already do a story about the Sun exploding? So not that, I guess...
Any guesses?
A new Heroic Age...hold on...

I was thinking cucumber, cause it turns into pickles, but I think cucumbers may be a fruit.
Then I was thinking tomatoes...but that's a fruit too...
Onion? I don't know. This is hard.
Of course, Onion! The base on which 99% (scientific figure there) of all good dishes are built. Onion is the winner.

really liked the three part mini, the two Deathstroke BN issues - not so much. One too many cliches in there for my liking (it was a dark and stormy night and all that). The dialogue on the final page was as corny as it comes.

Just peeled this one off the stack. End of the first arc. A really good arc at that. Very sad conclusion. I had a tear in my jaded eye, I must admit. Really looking forward to the next arc, the preview image of Book Two on the last page is a gutwrencher. One of my favourite books at the moment.
