So much awesome in this thread. So many amazing accomplishments.

I hit 190 this week. Probably the first time since High School. I'm now down 45 lbs. I want to drop another 10.
I've done almost all of this through diet. Just moderate exercise via softball, tennis & curling. No regular "working out" so far, but I think that's going to change after the new year in order to shed the last 10.

When I hit 180, there will be much rejoicing.

I'm stoked that you guys liked your paintings so much. They were lots of fun to do.
After 2 back to back doggies, I needed a break from reality. Vince is good for that.

It's no secret that I don't pamper my dogs like this but I just realized that while they have doggie vitamins and I have human vitamins we both take our fish oil pills out of the same jar.  So either I treat them like humans or I treat myself like a dog. Either way their coats have never looked better 

Georgia, Parker and I all take our fish oil pills at the same time as well.
