This should come as no surprise to anyone here, but I really want a good Akira movie. Like really, desperately, deeply want one. I want an Akira as faithful and well-done as the Lord of the Rings was.

I would also love to see a good Immortal Iron Fist movie (maybe with Guy Ritchie directing? I just saw Sherlock Holmes and I think that kind of style and grit would match Brubaker, Fraction and Aja's work beautifully).

And I would love to see someone who gets character and understands why he's important and interesting try to bring Tim Drake's Robin to the screen, big or small.

(And on the topic of small screens, I still want my Gotham Central and Daredevil legal drama.)

I think a live action or animated film based on the original Rocket Raccoon 4 issue limited series would be wonderful thing to behold. I'd certainly like to see a more acerbic and satirical Howard the Duck movie.

Failing that isn't it time for Disney to do a kid friendly Neonomicon adaptation?

HBO version of Preacher

CGI Usagi Yojimbo

A new property.  Something like a classic superteam but play with the sterotypes.  More along the lines of a Kirkman scripted Guardians of the Globe.  Or a Faebaer Noble Causes.  only on the big screen

Fables. The characters are universally known so any audience could understand the premise.

And I'd love a Dr. Strange movie though I'm sure it would suck.

Any movie based on a Grant Morrison magnum opus would be good by me- I still want see an "Invisibles" movie- even if the Matrix stole some of the best ideas- a Flex Mentallo or Doom Patrol movie would also be great. If I can't have that, then a "Green Arrow" movie (Mike Grell-style), would be awesome.

I think a Doom Patrol movie would work great in the right hands.  That's the one I would really like to see. If they kept the tone dark, the characters could be really cinematic.  Also agree on Green Arrow.

Iron Fist would work too.

A Doom Patrol movie would be perfect. Base it around Morrison's run, have RobotMan, Negative Man and Crazy Jane. You could have Mr.Nobody stealing Paris with the painting. The effect on Mr.Nobody could be amazing.
