Great month Monsta.  I loved everyone's old... and new takes on their characters.  This month I'm in charge so I'll just cut all of the pomp and circumstance and get right to it.

*******************************************

OK everyone.  I haven't taken the reigns in awhile, but May is gonna' be my month.  I just came back from an awesome weekend at C2E2 (where I bought 2 sets of Copic warm & cool grays and Copic MultiLiner's.  Now... I'm ready to use them.

So here's what we're gonna' do.  We're gonna' draw...

 Hearts HeartsCheesecake Hearts Hearts

That's right fanboys and fangirls, we're doing good girl art in the styles of... and inspired by... such modern masters of the form as

Adam Hughes   Drool

Terry Dodson   Downtown

Arthur Adams I'd Hit It Sign

and Frank Cho  Swooning

Now here's the catch... like any good tease, you have to put spoiler tags on them.  Also, to keep in theme with the art of the tease, there can be NO nudity (This means that you can't show the naughty bits).  Make your drawings as sexy as you can, but keep it within the guidelines.  But most importantly HAVE FUN DRAWING!!

Lastly, I've already said that I believe that this month will set a record for most views in a month  Whistle.  But it would be SUPER COOL if we could knock down the "most pages record" set by the Spidey-villians month too.

*******************************************

HAVE FUN!

If you're new to the thread here's how it works.  We're here to have fun and to sharpen our drawing skills.  All amateurs & professionals are welcome to participate.  If you want to submit a piece of artwork, here are the rules...Number #1) only post characters for the current month's assignment (a little spillover is OK from the previous month)...Number #2) You must be the artist (we're not looking for your original art collection, that's another thread)...& Number #3) (and most importantly) Have fun drawing.

No... it's fine John (probably a good idea for NSFW stuff though).  Just for some reason, my computer at work wouldn't allow me to view it (where it's hosted might get blocked by my office filters).  Won't let me see Matt Gross's stuff either.   Thinking

btw, Now that I can see it... I like it very much.

Asher...thanks for jumping in. Great piece to start off with!
Jon...I'm just glad you labeled Vader's junk. I thought that might have been his new ship haha. Always great to see new work from new faces.
Grim...your piece inspired me to do more turtles. Your drawing reflects exactly what that comic is, fun.
Mickey...Awesome Rhino!  Rock Horns

Awesome stuff as usual folks.   Not Worthy  Too many to go through all of the drawings but from this month’s catch up section...

Bluenote – Love the process shots for the Cap sketch.

Harry – Cool Turtles pic.  (I think you might’ve had the same idea I did... see below.)

JunBob – Holy shit!!!  That’s all.

Matty – Great Wildcat.

Monsta – That Anti Venom is amazing!

TurningAsher – Love the Jango Fett.

John_k – Love it.

Mickey – Awesome Rhino.

If I’ve missed anyone out, sorry, my work computer doesn’t show up everybody’s pictures.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to do much for the EOC sketchbook challenge in the last couple of months.  I’ve been cheating on the thread ( Shifty Eyes) with the Art House Co-Op Sketchbook Project.  Anyone else on the board doing this?  It has been fun.  They issue you with a sketchbook and you pick the specific theme.  Mine was Heroes and Villains so naturally, lots of comic based sketches.  I finished the sketchbook last month so if anyone’s interested, the pictures can be seen at the link below.  Comments and critiques welcome.   Cheesy

Anyway, got some catching up to do.  First is a bit of a cheat.  I did these for the cartoon’s month but never posted them.  I’m now going to use them for the Turtles month.  These suck balls next to some of the ones I’ve seen so far but never mind.  Got too many sketches to get through to be a perfectionist.

Right, need to get cracking with some more.

I'm going to try to pick off a few I missed, too, but all of them is unlikely.
(Some I started but missed the deadline.)

Here's some Turtles...
Love it. Thumbs Up
