Great month Monsta.  I loved everyone's old... and new takes on their characters.  This month I'm in charge so I'll just cut all of the pomp and circumstance and get right to it.

*******************************************

OK everyone.  I haven't taken the reigns in awhile, but May is gonna' be my month.  I just came back from an awesome weekend at C2E2 (where I bought 2 sets of Copic warm & cool grays and Copic MultiLiner's.  Now... I'm ready to use them.

So here's what we're gonna' do.  We're gonna' draw...

 Hearts HeartsCheesecake Hearts Hearts

That's right fanboys and fangirls, we're doing good girl art in the styles of... and inspired by... such modern masters of the form as

Adam Hughes   Drool

Terry Dodson   Downtown

Arthur Adams I'd Hit It Sign

and Frank Cho  Swooning

Now here's the catch... like any good tease, you have to put spoiler tags on them.  Also, to keep in theme with the art of the tease, there can be NO nudity (This means that you can't show the naughty bits).  Make your drawings as sexy as you can, but keep it within the guidelines.  But most importantly HAVE FUN DRAWING!!

Lastly, I've already said that I believe that this month will set a record for most views in a month  Whistle.  But it would be SUPER COOL if we could knock down the "most pages record" set by the Spidey-villians month too.

*******************************************

HAVE FUN!

If you're new to the thread here's how it works.  We're here to have fun and to sharpen our drawing skills.  All amateurs & professionals are welcome to participate.  If you want to submit a piece of artwork, here are the rules...Number #1) only post characters for the current month's assignment (a little spillover is OK from the previous month)...Number #2) You must be the artist (we're not looking for your original art collection, that's another thread)...& Number #3) (and most importantly) Have fun drawing.

Hey everybody. Gabe Hardman here. I've drawn Agents of Atlas, my Image OGN Heathentown and I'm currently the regular artist on Hulk. I'm here to announce this month's 11 O'Clock Sketchbook Challenge!

I've always been a fan of the Golden Age characters so I've chosen to go with...

The Justice Society of America

Any character, original or legacy, that's related to the JSA will work. All Star Squadron, Freedom Fighters and Infinity Inc. count too. Though my favorites are the genuine 1940's characters.

I'll do my best to contribute a sketch when I get back from Heroes Con. Look forward to seeing what everybody comes up with!

Everyone...  Not Worthy Not Worthy Not Worthy Not Worthy Not Worthy

This month was soooooo much fun, I can't fathom how many awesome contributions we saw, and it was truly overwhelming. I wish I had the time to reply to each of you with specific thanks and comments, but y'all were too prolific to make that a reality. When Andrew asked me to be a guest editor, I was all for it, but never in my wildest imagination expected to be deluged with so many amazing visuals.

THANKS A TON!

Thank you Mr. Hardman, this will be an exciting month.

Dang Monsta!!!! you're always beatin' me to the punch.  Here's some more "non-official" goodness from my sketchbook that I did a couple of years ago.

Roll On Floor Laughing   ...hey wait... Huh?  (Power girl could get me in trouble even if it is SFW).   Karma Slurmo...you too Monsta.  Cheesy

But seriously, how is it that Gabe has only 524+ karma????

Here's an additional challenge for the month.  Let's see how high we can get Gabe's Karma before the end of the Challenge.

Awesome start monsta, Andrew. This should be a fun month!

And thanks all for the compliments on my Ashoka. Makes me all warm and fuzzy inside, it does. And a special hat tip to Andrew for getting me to finish it - I would have bailed at the thumbnail stage, if he hadn't  Cheesy
