Too bad the Seahawks stunk up the place so bad. It's no fun unless the good guys win. Even so, I will forever hate the Stealers and Leavy isn't fit to ref a 5th grade touch football game.
Simpatico, compadre.

Eagles get smoked and Vick breaks his hand. So much for that bad ass defense. Dream Team huh.

I just had to quote this because if this week doesn't prove it, nothing does.

Cant believe Jamal Brown missed his tackle last night. That game shouldn't have ended that way. Oh well we are 2-1 now. From what I've seen we were only predicted to win 5-6 games this year.
Now they are saying Vick only has a bruised hand. Not looking forward to playing against him.
Next week I'm going to St.Louis to see my first ever NFL game. Hoping my Skins can beat the Rams.

Enjoy! I love being at the games, it (almost) makes the 3 hour drive home from a loss worth it.

Last night's game was one of the most embarrassing games I've ever watched. Both teams looked like high school teams. And enough Romo nob-polishing by Jaws and Gruden, its disgusting. Just because he yells at his wide receivers to line up correctly does not make him a "coach on the field". That is bullshit/

Agreed. I'm generally a defender of Romo -- the quarterback -- but as usual the MNF crew has a way of making me want to rip the entrails of my TV out in a rage.

I'm a huge Cowboys/Romo fan and it even starts driving me nuts at times. Although I will say last night was one of the first time I have seen Romo tear into guys like that and was the first time I had ever seen a guy like Jason Witten not only get in a teammates face but take his helmet off first to make sure the guy understood how pissed off he was. To be honest the Cowboys really need that.
The ESPN broadcast is crazy though and the way the Cowboys get covered sometimes makes no sense to me. Why do they show a shot of Rob Ryan every 10 seconds? They showed him on the sidelines more than Garrett, Romo, or anyone else on the team. Why?
Having said that it sure does look like the NFC East is up for grabs and I like that. Its starting to look like that even with all of the Cowboys problems there defense might be the best in the division. Guys are making plays.

I agree re: the NFC East. I assumed Dallas and Philadelphia would be in a battle for the division, but New York and Washington might make this a very tight, and interesting few months.

Sorry, I should have added that I'm a giants fan.....i was expecting the possibility of a losing record this season, but thanks to recent events, this could be a competitive division after all (or at least, as Jason said, for now)

Damn, the NFC East is well represented on the forum. If and when you guys get healthy I think you guys can contend. Victor Cruz was one hell of a surprise.

GO, PACK, GO!!!!
Sorry. Just needed to break up the NFC East love festival.
That being said, I agree with the above comments about the competition and parity involved with the division. On paper it looked as if the Eagles were all but anointed to win the Super Bowl, but funny how 3 weeks into the season and it appears to be anyone's division.

Time for my annual but mercifully brief Buffalo Bills whine. ...That's right, now we got Ryan Fitzpatrick, Thigpen, plus Brad Smith to run the Wildcat option. I live in hope, but when your team shares the current longest playoff drought with the Detroit freakin' Lions (no disrespect to any Lions fans, of course), you might hope for better. Here endeth the whine. Man, I bet that guy feels like an asshole right about now.

We SUCK. I thought I had it bad as a Colts fan, but at least we have a real good excuse for sucking. Hang in there man. It's not like anybody else in the NFC East is gonna run away with the division.

I'm happy to see the Giants are doing well I just wish I had time to actually watch the match, rather than an inadequate recap
