I was wondering if any other QB in the NFL is as tough as Roethlisberger? I hope he can heal up in these 10 days off. Yowch! the Tiki

Just to think outside the box... Can an argument be made that the NFL MVP should go to Peyton Manning? He is obviously their most valuable player. Look at how their team changed without him. He obviously has the most impact on his team's destiny. the Tiki

So, not only are we talking about the effect of this season, but seasons in the future.

So you are agreeing with my statement... Peyton Manning because of his impact on his team's destiny is the MVP for his team and hence should be considered in the MVP running. the Tiki

No, I don't think an argument can be made for Manning as MVP because it's an annual award, given to the most valuable player of each season, and Manning hasn't even played this season. Is he valuable to the Colts? Obviously, he's been crucial to their success and they miss him this year but he doesn't deserve any consideration for the MVP award this season.

Interested in see if the NFL is going to rob us again this week, or will my anger causes twitter to send me a message that I've reached my daily tweeting cap for a day like last week.

No. I hate the lottery system. The NHL has it and it makes no sense. One of the rewards of being the suckiest bunch of sucks who ever sucked each season should be that they get to pick a hopeful savior who will turn the team around, or at least be a good building block for a complete overhaul. If you o a lottery, you would need to include every team that doesn't make the playoffs in the lotto. That's every team except 12. SO you have 20 teams in a hat and say the playoffs started today. First it would be disgusting that the Bengals and Broncos are in the playoffs. But really, the Jets would just miss it. Now let's give the current NHL Lotto rules where a team can technically move down the allocated 5 places given in a lotto. The Jets say get the second spot. Is that fair to say the Rams who are just bad and need help?

I figured after the Colts lost Manning that their chances for the playoffs were probably out of the question, also thought they would lose quite a few games…but to be on the path to losing EVERY SINGLE GAME…didn't see that coming. Obviously, he's not going to get MVP…but I do see why people are toying around with the idea.

I don't understand what the problem is? We hit the QB on play where he threw an interception. What does it matter where the QB is in relation to the play? He's a live player on the field of play, and can be touched.

Tebow and the Broncos are never several confidence intervals outside of what should be happening based on ihs skill set and overall performance.
