That damn Tebow did it again. Craziness. He is definitely getting better but I don't think he'll get past the Pats next week.

If this is a game about who has the more likable QB, Denver's win couldn't be more deserving. Very exciting game, especially after seeing 3 blowouts this weekend.

That was great fun, as a Florida Gator fan i'm to some degree biased when it comes to Tebow but he does tend to lead to exciting games.
Have no problem with the Steelers going in with the game plan of 'let tebow beat you with his arm' but I thought there would have been more adjustments by the steelers on defense. Also thought with the new OT rules playing safe on defense would have made more sense, they could give up the field goal and still have a chance to win the one play you cant give up is the 6 points.
If in the next year Jason Aaron (Steelers and Alabama fan) kills off some of your favorite characters there is a good chance that he wrote that script this week.

I'm sooooo glad Saturday is tomorrow and I can stop reading/listening about the "gentleman's agreement" ( ) that Jim Harbaugh did not abide by.

Man…this Denver vs. New England game is a joke, and I think the best part of the joke is seeing Josh McDaniels in the offices up top.

Wow, both really good games today. I'm sad the Texans didn't pull it off but I can get behind the Ravens. And I'll be rooting for the 49ers next week but am happy with either team in that game. Just so long as the Pats lose.
And funny side note. Watching the Ravens game, they kept showing fans with fu manchus. The women were funny but all the guys with fake ones really urked me. If you want one, just take the week and grow it. And if you can't, don't be that guy.

My little brother just dropped upwards of a grand on a pair of tickets, kid is a die hard like no other. I won't hold it against him that he is taking his girlfriend since she bought them both seats at a Joe Montanna hosted fundraiser last month.
BUT
The fact that it is rumored Mike Patton will be singing the national anthem will make it sting a bit more not to be there.

This was a horrible week of fracking football for me. Oh well, go Niners.......I guess. Really anyone other than the (Dumb face, hobbit looking, Eli Manning, and big dumb baby Jacobs, and the defensive front that all cuts their jerseys to look like they are wearing fracking tank tops) Giants.

Oh shit! My buddy is buying tickets because a fortune cookie told him so "Live life for the experiences, not for its possessions"…which seems like pretty sound logic to me. Expensive…but sound.

Oh shit! My buddy is buying tickets because a fortune cookie told him so "Live life for the experiences, not for its possessions"…which seems like pretty sound logic to me. Expensive…but sound. Yeah, I'm sure it will tear the house down. He is a proud SF native. Of course about a decade ago I don't know if it would have been a good idea... risky at least. He seems to have mellowed a bit in the last few years. Would hate to have seen some Rosanne Bar-esque nonsense. Funny, I actually haven't thought of this in ages but it's kind of on topic. My brother and I saw Tomahawk open up for Tool years ago, must have been 2002ish maybe because the story makes more sense that way. It was at Arco arena in Sacramento. The Kings had recently been bounced from the WC Finals by the Lakers in a manner that to this day is still disputed. Anyhow, Tomahawk is playing and before the last song, in typical for that time antagonistic Mike Patton shenanigans (much like when Mr Bungle played the Memorial Auditorium dressed as the Village people as part of a package tour and asked how good everyone was at sucking cock), he takes off his shirt and underneath it was a Lakers jersey. The crowd got soooo pissed off, violent even, and to a chorus of boos and hate he shouts "HOW ABOUT THEM LAKERS???!!" It was hilarious. Few years later I ran into him at the bar at a Melvins show and got to talk to him for a minute, I told him I was in that crowd and how I couldn't believe he did that. His response was "All is fair in Love and Sports my friend." Good times.
