Did Crossgen ever actually publish this?  I have Vol 1 from Crossgen and Vol. 3 from Checker.  I think that they may have put Vol. 2 out in a DVD edition but I'm not aware of a print version.

I was able to verify it got printed, but in very small quantities. I got the DVD so i could know what happened... but as far as I know this was in fact produced.
