So... is this about Shlomo Spiderman, the guy who owns the deli on 43rd street?  Does his overbearing mother try to get him a wife for the entire picture?

Comic Vine: Where does Thunderbolt Ross' mustache go when he turns into Red Hulk? Will your Hulk ever have a mustache?

Mark Waid: Thunderbolt’s mustache goes into the Negative Zone, where it enjoys its own separate adventures that will hopefully someday be told. Our Hulk needs no mustache. Muttonchops, perhaps.

Looks good so far.  I like the costume and I like that they are going with web shooters; it's something different then the older movies.

Like the look for that picture. Not really excited for this film but I think they could do a good job with it.

I was a bit skeptical when the "action pics" started making their rounds on the tubes but I am keeping an open mind.  The newest pic doesn't look terrible but I will be nitpicky for two seconds and say I don't care for the blue on the gloves.  However, like everything else comic book movie related I have taken a solemn to NOT wig out about a project based on photos or trailers.  I will wait until my butt is in the theater watching the film and even then I may give the film two passes before truly commenting on it.

All in all I am looking forward to this one just like I am looking forward to Captain America, Thor and X:Men: First Class.

Has someone posted this already? If so, I missed it.

I'm pumped! The Lizard is easily my favorite Spider-man villain.

Here's a link to the story:

According to the link below...

http://www.movieline.com/2011/03/5-fun-facts-about-the-lizard-get-to-know-your-new-spider-man-villain.php

... the Lizard will be played by Rhys Ifans. Hmm, I didn't know Curt Connors was welsh! Wink

Maybe C. Thomas Howell couldn't be in the movie because of his other hit movies with SyFy Channel.  Thinking

Don't be knockin' Ponyboy, now.  He kicks all kinds of ass as a major tool on Southland.

My first thought was "Was Jeff Fahey busy?"

This is from Pinkisthenews.com.  Here is a possible set pic of Rhys Ifans.  If it's real, looks like we might be getting some practical make-up effects for the Lizard.  I definitely hope so!

He's just late for a meeting of the local druid sect.

You know, I was watching it and thinking "ok, this doesn't look too bad", and then it hit that last little bit and it really turned me off. I'm not sure what to think now.
