Any UK guys going to Kapow?

Shame I had to miss out due to my employment issues but my ticket was donated to a forum member so all is good.

i enjoyed the con - nice atmosphere, not too stressful and had a good time all round. got a duncan fegredo hellboy abe sapien sketch which is amazing and got a sean phillips superman painted sketch. also got a cool batman from john mcrea. missed out on a jock sketch by 2 people, which was especially irritating considering 2 people had jumped the queue in front of me.

looking forward to next year. hopefully less queues, more artists, same atmosphere and more exhibitors.

black cat was amazing, as was the jean grey. not enough cosplay though!

The cos play was good fun. As far as embodiment of the role I would have to give it to Bane. I did really like Super Ted though.

So has anyone got any sketches to post on here? I tried to add mine but I couldn't because I got a message about there not being enough space. Instead it's now my avatar.

For any more Northern UK forum dwellers. I advise to check out Thought Bubble in Leeds (Much later in the year) obviously not the scale of Kapow but a nice show. they have just updated their website with a few of this years guests

Went to this last year and it was great, I prefered it to Kapow. Hope to be an exhibitor at it this year.
