Entire vintage comics on-line?

I know there are places on-line that have complete public domain comics on-line,
& the University of Virginia has the entire 1st issue of Action Comics (1938) available on-line,
but does anyone know where I can find a complete Detective Comics #26 & #27.

Now that I've read Action Comics #1 in its entirety,
I'd really like to see the context of Batman's 1st appearance.
What else was in that issue or the issue before it?
