Back in October of last year the Dollhouse & Miniatures Museum in Denver hosted an exhibit of MEGO toys loaned out by the granddaughter of the company's founder, David Abrams. I was fortunate enough to be asked to go thru her collection and help choose which pieces would be displayed. There was some disappointment on my part when we visited her house, as the toys had been kept in a basement which had flooded at one point and the woman's brother had cherry-picked the cooler toys long ago. However, what she did have was still amazing and I had a great time sorting thru everything.
