If the majority agree, why not?

This is definitely outside my normal MO. I made a duotone image of the pencils and printed out a blue line copy...

I've always wondered: how do you print a blue line at home anyway? I know a lot of artists do it but I've never looked into how it's done.

Thanks, Monsta!  How did you make a blue line version?  Photoshop or some other method?

Photoshop. Put a layer underneath the b&W pencils. Fill the bottom layer with 100% Cyan, then click back on the pencil layer (which should be on top), and change the layer from "normal" to "screen" and the blacks become whatever color is beneath it.

You're awesome for sharing that, Monsta.  Well, your awesome for many other reasons, too.

Do you know of any "non" Photoshop methods for creating a blue/cyan line version?  Can a blue line version be created through a scan?

You can use Gimp which is free http://www.gimp.org/
Just scan it and then follow the same directions as above Cheesy (It's just like Phototshop)
