Good show as usual fellas. For this week's crop, I was feeling The Flash. I love the character so I'm kind of an easy sell, but I was impressed with Manapul's [co]scripting work. Not bad in my view.

Oh and being from the south, specifically from the beach, I gotta go with sandals. Only they have to be leather Rainbows.

As I meant to say, I was tickled pink to hear that none of you gents know who the new guy in purple is in Teen Titans. Nothing special about him at all, as is it should be. He's a new superhero. Let's hope you like him!

Grown men wear shoes.  Nobody wants to see your gross ass feet.

On a less important note, All Star Western was incredible and I can't wait for the whole crew to team up and talk about it.

I know that it was just one #1 issue, but I feel like if they can keep that team together we could be talking about something really special here

just this second finished listening - jeez - hard work this week (due to the low standard of material up for discussion, not the contributions of the guys). I now totally understand why people are talking more about footwear than than funny books and can't wait for a return to normality next week.

Normality. heh

Never fall asleep on your stomach either.

Great show you guys.  I just have to say that I joined this forum right when the new 52 started happening, and its really felt like I was on the same journey as you guys reading all these comics every week (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and this last episode was bitter sweet, but its also been a total blast.  Thanks!

Flip Flops should only be worn in the same way that slippers are worn. The doorbell rings and I gotta run downstairs to pick up a package. In stead of putting on shoes I can just throw on flip flops.

That and going to the beach.

The same can be said for Crocs. It's basically swimwear. Do you walk around in a bathing suit? No

Back to comics!

I cannot wait for that price drop to happen so I can grab that All Star Western #1.

My mouth is salivating just thinking about that Moritat-tat-tat art.

It's weird,I didn't like Green Lantern and I'm considering dropping that title but I gushed on Aquaman. I've past it on to several people who were able to read it in about 10 minutes(yeah it's decompressed) and all liked it. There might be jst a little prejudice against Johns on this. I think he had a job to do, establish a threat, the hero, how he sees himself and how others see him and he did that. The scene at the restaurant was awesome and I could put any of a # of bloggers sitting across from Rob Liefeld and they would show no fear in asking him how it feels to be "The worst comic artist of our day?"

Justice League Dark was nice too IMHO. I am not familiar with any of the characters except Zantanna and Constantine(only from the film) and will be back for more. The posed art didn't bug me. It's better than I can do.
