should I check it out then? The preview? Yes. It's available in the Dark Horse iPad app, too.

Next week, it will be "....anddddd I'm Kenny Albert". "No you're not, you're Jason Wooooood". That sounds like a ton of fun. Btw, what football league is Colin in? I'm excited to get my Colin into football at an early age. He likes to headbutt and destroy people.

Chris, Dabney Donovan never actually shows up in Kirby's Jimmy Olsen comics. He's a Godot-like off-panel character. The Ladronn remake is awesome, but you should definitely track down and read the original Kirby two-parter (hopefully by Halloween). It's Jimmy Olsen 142-143. I once pitched a sequel to Kirby's Transylvane story: http://www.ambarb.com/?p=134

One can wish.... Bean

Posting the pitch was enough to get the story out of my system.

If you can get the eightball issue with Death-Ray definitely go for it. I bought it (although I got $5 off) and it was DEFINITELY worth $15 and I don't think I'd be disappointed if I'd spent $20. There's a lot going on on each page and it's an absolutely stunning package.

I have the issue too, although I didn't much care for it. Different strokes and all that. This repackaging seems a bit excessive. I'd suggest that people opt for the actual issue, it's a very nice package and presentation.

In defense of Vince swearing of DC and then gushing about the reboot. I recall an episode where Vince was just not feeling a title, in fact I think it was the Xmen, where he said that it was just too convoluted and that if they stripped the periphery and rebooted the title he would be on that title with the quickness. I think it applies to DC as well. and yes I know you were just giving him the business

Oh, I agree his AL stuff back in the day was smokin'. It's his recent style tweaks that have me worried for the new book.

Not finished with the episode yet, but added Someday Funnies to my Christmas list. Tis the season. You folks might want to put that on the 11 O'clock Amazon store If it is half as good as the hype man punched it up then it is worth twice the price. Thanks.

Let's not go punching Monk in the face. Tony Shalhoub is a friend of the family, via my mom being pals with his sister. But more importantly he was in one of the finest flicks of all time: Barton Fink.

TRUTH! Plus, I'm a total Monk when I'm at home. I'm one of those crazy neatniks. When I find dust, I clean for HOURS.

After listening to the episode while travelling to and from a conference I decided to pick up all star western #1 digitally, really not a western fan and hex is just a character that I have connected with but I did enjoy this, really good writing and a good looking book
