That was neat. I think I recognize those frames. Michaels 2 (11 X 17) for $7.99 minus 40% coupon has been a godsend. I'm sure I will get a few matted and professionally framed one day, but for now this is the route I am going with. Bean

I'm thinking of going with a less expensive route with some pieces I'm going to hang in my office at work. And if anybody is interested, I posted a quick flip-through video of my original art that hasn't made it to the wall yet...

Personally, I don't like the professional framing route, as it locks that art into the frame (they typically seal the back). I did have a couple of pieces professionally framed early in my collecting career, but now prefer to use regular frames -or- changeable frames that have mylar inserts for the art and can be switched around in a few minutes: http://www.thepaperframer.comI like to change out my art every 6 months or so.

That might be a good way to go with the pieces I put in my office. I do like the idea of rotation. But I love the look of my custom frames . Thanks for the link.

I'm in the process of remodeling the basement (Comic & Sports Room) - but was putting up some baseboard molding last night and nailed through a water pipe. It will be a little longer now before I can post pictures.

He outdid himself. Thanks man. And it certainly got me to buy more pieces from him - 6 and counting

Chris, looks great. You have impeccable taste. It fits well into a modern home. It's got the comics sensibility but the classy flair that makes it look like its more then just an immature hobby. It says I'm a professional who doesn't live in my moms basement. Travis
