I agree with you Wood on Avenging Spider-Man.  It was a lot more fun that I thought it was going to be.  The only Spider-Man book I'm picking up right now.  Joe Mad is back.  I didn't dig his work on Ultimates 3, but he's inking himself so it's much more of that sketchy style.  Totally works.

Plus I love, despite what Brian Hibbs has to say, that the digital code is included.  I like being able to read it on my Transformer.

I was into sci fi as a kid and for whatever reason Kamandi just never struck a chord with me and thats even to this day

I never read Kamandi. Once I get my weight up I'm getting the omnibus. The concept just looks dope. I read the Wednesday comics strips though.

It has giant talking Tigers fam.

Thanks for the kind words about Saucy Jesus! I'm glad you all enjoyed it. I'll have to check into the UPC code thing, I know it shows up as $4.99 when you purchase it through the website. Thank you for pointing that out though. Vince - in the interest of full disclosure, I've been doing a webcomic for a few years so the creation end of things I've had some experience with, but on the production/print end of things, this is the first time I did a print comic. Chris, I think I remember the episode of AC you're talking about, but the add was inspired by a trip to the Florida Everglades this summer. There was actually a store there that specialized in skunk-ape memorabilia and had huge skunk-ape signs. Again, thank you, it made my day to hear you laughing about the ads and speaking so kindly about my work.

Apparently, if you want to get the most out of David, put me on.  Wink

Elmer is a great book. I believe it was my 11 O'Closcar last year. It's in the same vein as Duncan The Wonder Dog.

Great show guys. great to have all the guys back Not Worthy

It really bums me out that Superman: Secret Identity doesn't get more love. I know Allstar is the modern classic Supes story that gets cited, but for my money Secret Identity is where it's at. I hope we still get that Batman story in the same style that supposed to be coming out sometime soon.

My absolute favorite Supes story.  It's Busiek at the top of his game.  I love it.

My rule is that I don't start another book until the previous bought book is finished.  That said, it's probably the reason that Petrograd, Mr. Murder is Dead, and Inifinite Kung Fu are still on the shelf.  I bought them at about the time they came out, but have gotten to them on the shelf yet (soon though, they're working thier way to the top).

I was purposely quiet this week, with the return of my brothers, while Chris (and Vince) talked Kamandi and again during the Tardi chat.

I also haven't been to a theme park in over a decade and have never laid eyes on Universal Studios.

My buddy talked Grimjack, we talked 80s indies, and Avenging Spider-Man, and Legion of Monsters, and I believe I brought up Superman: Birthright.

If you call what you were last night quiet, I think you should be quiet more often.  Thumbs Up

I am but not cause of that Wink I do think its a bad book in any way but its just not for me but I understand the love for it like I do for Trek because he created his own universe and he threw alot of crazy things at the wall and alot of it stuck with people. So its all good  Thumbs Up
