On December 9th, 2011 from 6pm - 10pm, House of Secrets in Burbank is putting on their first event for Art of Fiction Publications. Thomas Perkins will be there signing his book and limited edition print along with Rodolphe Guenoden, who will be doing likewise. The event will be complete publications for sale, champagne reception, and artist signings. A collection of original art, concepts, and prints from Five Color Comics One and Two will be on display and available for purchase. If you are in the Los Angeles area, stop by and say hello!

In case you didn't know, Tom is an Emmy winning character designer for animated shows like "Ben 10", "The Batman", "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes", and the new "Green Lantern: The Animated Series"....he's also a real nice guy, so you should go meet him.

Yeah, it's not the closest shop to my place, but the friendly atmosphere and selection make the trip worthwhile. Also, Plastic Man bench!
