My current plan is to get to Chicago on Monday night, spend about a week and a half in Chicago (coming from Australia, so have to make it worthwhile). Was thinking about maybe going to other places, but wasn't sure about where to go using Chicago as a base of operations. I saw that the Bulls and the Heat were playing on Thursday night (C2E2 eve)... interesting...

A Blackhawks game could also be great fun--that would be playoff time though and tix would be expensive (assuming the make the playoffs-- fingers crossed)

The VIP tickets, I guess,allow you access to a vip area and maybe first entry into the con. Stuff like that. I bought a regular pass last year and was very pleased. I didnt need any frills. I think the prices went up as of the 1st of the year. I would check the site and make plans accordingly.

I do but four of it has to be between May and August and the one is already set. It's not too flexible. Mainly I'm just whining for whining's sake right now. I'm so broke it ain't even funny at the moment so I'll just live through all of you and your tweets during that time. |
