I'm so glad to see I'm not the only person who puts their kids on the kitchen counter.  It's just too damn convenient.  (His grandparents give me endless grief about it!)

As for yesterday -

Day 49: Lots of flowers in the dining room

You just gotta know your kid and his behavior to know if it's safe or not...I started out with much closer supervision until I became confident he wasn't gonna be impulsive or fidgety

The corner where two sets of counters comes together is one of the prime sitting spots in my parents kitchen.  I sat there, my sisters, and now my nephew has taken up post there as well.

March 7th

Possums are pretty cute when they are young…but man, after a few years they end up looking like "rodents of unusual size" from the Princess Bride.

A couple of years ago, I got rid of a lot of old computer stuff like this and thought I was way late in doing so...

Time to purge it, David. I'm sure you can find something better to fill that space! Yes

March 7th...

One of the types of books I "collect" are word origin books. Which is strange because I'm terrible with words and am a middle of the road Scrabble player. This is the latest find for my library...Did you know that a cherophobe is someone afraid of having fun? Sounds like me....

March 8th...

Time to purge it, David. I'm sure you can find something better to fill that space!

It's a work drawer in a cabinet that's not accessible easily in my cubicle (because another cabinet is in the way).  But the purging's gonna happen.  Oh, yes.  It is going to happen.
