Oy.  Those are really nice, Bob. Gonna have to fight with myself not to jump in on this one.  Seriously, I don't even know what I'd use them for but this is really tempting based on sheer volume. That and I wouldn't mind learning a little more color theory and painting techniques. Haven't donated yet but my wallet and I are arguing about it now. Also backing I Draw Comics. I just picked up the pencils again about a month ago for the first time since college (probably 7-8 years) and this looks like an amazing tool. It's been a painful process trying to relearn but I'm enjoying it! And in backing New Mutant for The Power Principle! |

I kept checking because it had less than a week, I think and the thing kicked into hyperdrive and kept going. Now it just needs about $112 to reach goal last time I checked. Nice find Bob, i would love to own this art book & at $49 for a 225 page 9x12 HC it's a fair price point but alas at $34 shipping to Canada i will have to tap out. |

I'm with you on this one, except for the time-frame. It's been more like 10-12 years for me (ugh, I'm older than I like to think -- it may be more like 15 years). I'm not actually a big fan of personally backing Kickstarter projects even though I like it in principle. I backed this because I haven't seen anything like this available from traditional retail outlets. |
