This week is my first week of summer vacation, and I am trying to strike a good balance between productivity and laziness. Lazy is winning so far but it's just the first day.

I met Grant Morrison on Saturday and am still living in the glow so nothing this week throws at me will bring me down. I also feel inspired to get writing again.

Awesome! Was it as amazing as I think it probably was?

Rock Horns Rock Horns Oh hey, thins Mokeybrain announcement really didn't mean anything until I found out that forumite Nick Brokenshire's Amelia Cole was one of the books!

I bought the issue ($1.99 on comixology) but have yet to read it.

So I'm looking forward to that  Rock Horns

Re: Doc Teeth- Yeah, it pretty much was (wrote something about it in the Glasgow Comic Con thread, there are also a couple of pictures on my twitter feed Sean__M). Also met Frank Quitely and saw John Wagner, Alan Grant and Jim Starlin walked past me while I was in the toilet queue.

I believe that HBO is replaying all of Seasons 1 and 2 of GOT this Saturday and Sunday. I see myself posting up in the Casa De La Chambers and F5ing my laptop all weekend. Time well spent.

I really don't have anything this week*, so it's all up to you guys! What has you excited for this week?
It doesn't have to be about comics.

EDIT: I guess I do have something, I should get a credit card rewards gift card for itunes, so FREE DIGITAL COMICS for me!  Rock Horns

I got the second draft of PE 2, so hopefully that's close to finished.

I plan on reading the second Parker book, to get a little more caught up before the show.

And my buddy is having a cookout/party this weekend, so I've got a great day of rocking out, cornhole, geek talk, and good food ahead of me.
