 Don't know what I'm going to jump into this week as far as comics, but last week was TREMENDOUS comics week for me! I'm gonna keep the streak running though! What's gotten you excited for this week? I'm guessing some movie starring some people or something

I'm still on vacation for 2 more days. Back to work on Wednesday
My birthday is Saturday. I'll be 31.
Cinco de Mayo + Avengers = great weekend.
Payday Friday

Man oh man, as a diehard Valiant fan, I'm looking forward to this week! X-O Manowar #1 this Wednesday, and the Valiant FCBD book, plus, FCBD itself! Plus Avengers! Cinco de Drinko!
My podcast recorded a looooong with Robert Venditti about X-O #1, that I'm excited to release this week.
Last, my recent purchases on my to read list for the week: Cinderella - Fables are Forever, and the Fles Mentallo hardcover.

It's Monday again! What's got your positivity up and at 'em?
I'm sure everybody is still riding high on the FCBD & Avengers weekend. What else has you excited for the week to come?
No case of the Mondays for me I had a great weekend and I literally read several hundreds of pages of comic books. 95% good too!

The best part of the week was seeing all the kids at FCBD. I really tried to put the word out on the street…and for the first time, I think it worked.  Without a new generation to back us up, we as comic book guys are totally fucked. |

Without a new generation to back us up, we as comic book guys are totally fucked. Yeah, I sat it out this year. It's definitely to draw in new blood, I'm always pleased to see kids happy at a new discovery or dressed up in costumes at cons. There's nothing else like it.  |
