This artist edition is smelling just as strong as when I opened it up a few days later. Huffing Mazzucchelli Born Again, reminds me of talk of smoking Kirby art.  Roll On Floor Laughing

Woodwork: Wallace Wood 1927-1981 HC

Smaller size that an AE, but looks to have some nice Original Art reproductions for fans of Wally Wood who got that Artist Edition......

This is on page 179 of the July Previews catalog from IDW.  Cheaper at Amazon than thru DCBS:
http://www.amazon.com/Woodwork-Wallace-Wood-1927-1981-N/dp/1613772920/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1341455027&sr=1-1&keywords=woodwork+wallace+wood+1927-1981

It hurt my heart a little leaving the shop without tha Born Again Artist Edition. I KNOW I'm gonna regret not picking it up...

Can't justify it in the budget and had no plan on picking it up... But after seeing it and flipping through?? Not Worthy

I just moved so a lot of my comics are all in my closet since I don't have a clue as what to do with my shelving. I was looking in the closet today and decided to take a family photo  Hearts

Mine still says "processing."  Hate that it's a new cover too... I'll get over it once I actually get it.

My beautiful, wonderful wife; Mrs. Renee No More Paper Price, wanted me to have the best day ever.  After the fantastic that was Amazing Spider-Man, she wanted us to come home and find the only Artist's Edition I was (up to this point) interested in waiting for me.

This is what we actually came home to (not for the squeamish and those on Facebook and Twitter were already given a taste):

That is so many different kinds of wrong.  No How does that happen? I would have been traumatized into never getting anything again. Maybe you can use this artist's edition for other purposes.  Shifty Eyes Evil

David....hope they fix this for you.  That isn't some incidental dent....that's trashed.

I've had a lot of crappy stuff from the US Postal Service.  My mail carrier has remarked a few times, "Gosh....you really get a lot of boxes and stuff."  And he's clearly annoyed because he can't just shove those into the mailbox on the curb and has to drive up my driveway and lay them next to the garage.  Of course, if there is any way he can bend or fold the box into the mailbox, he'll do THAT.

They should really be thankful for the boxes since their letter business is basically dead.  I really couldn't care less if these jokers went away tomorrow and they just let UPS do it.  Has anyone ever met a surly UPS employee?

Yes, and I've received damaged packages from UPS too. Nobody's perfect.
