The thing that I enjoyed was the Modok with the Devil Dinosaur head.   Evil

I know you're not feeling the Big 2 anymore, and that's cool.

But considering how much you GUSHED about Modok's Eleven a few years ago, if you weren't so anti Big 2 these days, I think you would've adored this issue.

You love Frank Cho's art
You dig Modok
You like quirky villains in general (cue Serpent Society)
And you dug Hope (at least when she was a digital ink dot hanging on Cable's chest plate)

I liked the Aaron story, but that's not really a surprise. Everything Jason does is well written. My only problem with the second story was Cho's art. Cyclops looked odd in almost every panel. Hope looked like she was 27.
I think Cho is only comfortable drawing hot women. What he does well he does great, but not much range.

I love "jetpack" Hope and wish they would keep that. Oh Well...

The Bendis story is a disaster. I'm so sick of every character sounding like a 16 year old mallrat. He can't write any character except young Spider-Man.

The idea of Wanda being welcomed back with open arms is ridiculous. She killed half the team.

I'll talk more about it this week, but it was a solid 4 out of 10 for me.

I'm confused/ignorant... I thought issue #1 was out this Wednesday, how did you folks read it already?

It's a zero issue, Tim.

It's a zero issue, Tim.

You know, I saw that on the stands last week but passed.  I am so used to anything coming out before issue #1 to be filled with previously printed material and/or prose prep story so I assumed that it wasn't worth the $4.

I'll grab #1 this week and see if it tickles my adventure bone.   Yes
