yeah, i love it when they serve a burger rare. also when they use good beef, and it tastes like a steak. and they use good bread... it costs more, but its so worth it.

Here, we are "technically" only allowed to serve burgers below MW if you grind the meat in-house.  That said, I love a MR burger with chilli, slaw, mustard, and onions.

I kept going by uburger and finally walked in... they where a lot busier than the nearby mcdonals, costed like $1 more (only) and holy crap was the food a lot better. And in terms of indulgence... plenty of that. I had the double stunt burger with pepper jack, banana peppers, jalapenos.. good, meaty and spicy.

The worst thing I eat is at Sunset Bar and Grill. They have a burger there (the San Diego I think) with chilli, which I get pretty close to rare. A close to rare burger with hot, spicy chilli just works so well.

I don't get over to Sunset all that often, though the beer selection alone is worth the trip, but next time I'm there I'll have to give that a shot, sounds fantastic.  As for UBurger one was right down the street from where I went to school so it was a not infrequent lunch.  I'm partial to the Cowboy Burger, Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Sauteed Mushrooms and BBQ sauce.

Whipped out a UBURGER review yesterday, I put in a bunch of visits last month (like once or twice per week) to write it. Really great stuff.
