Now you know how I felt when you said you'd rather be in the comic with the big green cock!

 Big Sad

I didn't mean it.

Great episode guys.. It was about an hour into it before I realised it was Vince on the episode, upto that point I was convinced it wasa guest host just pretending to be him....... I'm not the smartest.

I missed what the jrjr book was with the questionable art can anyone let me know? I tried to rewind but I've been having iPod issues of late

Much.

It's been so long, I just remember being irritated by both of them even as a kid. Thankfully they were near the bottom right hand side of the comics where all the other less then stellar seemed to reside. I was a start with the crap and work your way to Calvin and Hobbes kind of kid.

Yeah, they kinda aren't.

Anything that reminds me of time spent reading the funnies at my grandparents' kitchen table, isn't bad by any stretch.

Ha! Good point, and by that rationale Manimal and Small Wonder were good shows. Young Steven E Chambers spent many a summer afternoon in Redding CA watching those at his Grandfathers house after working on my Great Grandmother's fixer upper home in Shasta.

And now you know... the rest of the story.

Whatever floats your boat, my man!

For me, the comic strip discussion begins and ends with Calvin and Hobbes.

That sounds just like a Family Circus strip.  Cheesy

Family Circus always struck me as a non funny version of "Kids Say the Darndest Things."  I don't have any nostalgic memories of it, though, so there you go.

I still should've bought a Batman page though.

So glad I met Mario at C2E2, so I could properly envision him when he was talking.
Very helpful.
