The con has come up in a few other forum threads and is only two months away at this point.  Who else is going?

(And though the con website has yet to announce the partner hotel info, if anyone is interested in sharing a room on Friday and Saturday, please let me know.)

I'm really hoping to pull this off. Originally the wife and I were going to Morrisoncon but a family trip put the stop to that. As an apology my wife wants me to go to Baltimore. Still trying to work out the details if I can get the time off from the hospital.

I'm going. Cheesy

I've been looking at hotel room prices for the past few months. They seem pricier this year than the last couple. I just found out that the Yankees are going to be in town playing the Orioles on Friday - Sunday, which probably accounts for the higher prices. For those coming from outside of the area you may want to consider staying at a hotel away from the inner harbor and driving in or taking light rail or bus each day.

I'll be driving up from DC both days. I'm going to try using parkingpanda.com (for the first time) to reserve parking in advance. Prices range from $5 to $20 a day depending on what sort of lot you want to park in and how close to the convention center you want to be.

I "think" someone was asking about hotels?

And just like that, your screen name choice makes sense.  Wink

I'm iffy on going. I really should, since it's just a 30 minute jaunt on the subway for me.

I'm going to try making this. Crap. Still hurting, in the wallet, from Heroes Con.

May be down for doing some on the spot sketch cards for 11OC listeners to reduce swelling. Roll On Floor Laughing

So the convention is 2 weeks away, and who do we have going?!  Getting very excited to add to my Turtles and GI Joe sketchbooks, as well as my Batman and Thing grid-jams.  Also going to start a Flash grid-jam.

Peace!

This looks like a great con.  I wish I know about this in the late 90s when I live in Charm City.  At that time I did not feel that Baltimore was a city that reads.

He hasn't posted much in months but Jesus Marquez will be in Artist Alley A269.  He did a great Marshall Law/Wolverine piece for me years ago (one of the first forumites that I ordered from).   Check him out if you are wandering AA.

Can't wait to see the pictures.
