The Top 20 Avengers of 1996

I was on "hiatus" from comics at this point…but can anyone tell me what the deal was with Black Knight and the lightsaber?

I think for today the top Avengers would be all who have had movies. Like Iron Man, Wolverine, Thor, Spider-Man.

Cap wopuld be up there too along with the Hulk.

My memory of it is a sketchy, but I think he'd lost (?) his Ebony Blade, and he whipped up the lightsaber himself as a replacement. And the lightsaber was some kind of neural disruptor, or somesuch, it could incapacitate people without killing them.

During this time that was his main weapon as he was avoiding one of his family's blades that was cursed.

Also there was this drawn out love triangle between him, Crystal, and Sersi

Yeah. It was sort of interesting; especially with Quicksilver still being married to Crystal.
