I took the liberty of tweeting the link for you earlier this morning. I hope it wields a couple of bids for you.

Thanks guys. It was a trial to see if it was more worth selling them on ebay than sitting on etsy at a set price.

I was busy working & didn't see the notes about this until after the auction was over.
It went for too little.

What is the advantage of doing these lightning-fast 1-day auctions? Does it cost more in fees to do a week long auction? Several of these went for way too cheap. I was at the Long Beach Con & never even saw the thread before they had been listed & ended, I'd have bid them up. If you want to do some of those for me for $5.50 plus shipping let me know!

I have learned my lesson any future listings will be on etsy at fixed price or at auction for longer. I'm rarely worried what the art sells for. I make the money on the prints side. the wonder woman that sold at $22 I sold out of ltd. to 50 prints at $15 a peice. I am just happy to have the art out of my studio. I have stacks and stacks of 11x17 paintings.

I'll peer through them and see what I can come up with. oddly my custom sketch cards on ebay routinely sell over 30 dollars and my sports art11 x17's bring 500 to 1000. In sports art I am much more renowned since my art has been featured in beckett magazine and my company did the first lebron card.

Yeah, the sketch card sub-genre of collectors is a boon to artists. Those folks pay tremendous amounts of $ for little tiny art cards, more than they'd pay for full-size con sketches in many cases. But whatever turns them on....you may as well take advantage of it.
