Aren't those awesome Frankie? I really like that God of War clip! Plumbers is good too, but the idea of a Wes Anderson style God of War Cracked me up!

Been playing Borderlands on 360. I usually like more story in my action games but this is fun so far. I love the feel of the world, from the visual style to the music to the Mad Max meets Western meets Deep South setting to what story there is.

Plus all the LOOT. And the loot. The game designers are pretty slick to make me care about all the loot. I usually don't. I've never even played Diablo. But I love finding a kickass new weapon.

Alice: Madness Returnshttp://www.gamesradar.com/xbox360/alice-madness-returns/news/alice-madness-returns-finally-announced-looks-beautifully-disturbing-video/a-20100720134110310080/g-20090219142848842036In 2000, American McGee's Alice, a dark, violent interpretation of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, thrust McGee's hard-to-forget name into the spotlight. Ten years later, he's finally returned to her.
We knew an Alice sequel was in the works, but EA made it official today at their press conference when McGee took the stage. We don't have many details on the game - McGee mostly talked about the game's overarching themes, but we presume it will be the same orchestrated madness of the first, and that Alice still has a few mental... quirks.
Madness Returns is coming in 2011 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. Sadly, there's still no word on a remake or re-release of the original, which really deserves to be played (your PC can totally run it, so go find a copy if you haven't played it).
Check out the first Madness Returns teaser, and screens, below.

Continuing to play, and love, Borderlands. I also downloaded Tex Murphy: Overseer from the GOG website. That stands for "Great old Games"; I just discovered it, and I'm very impressed so far. Everything seems to be either $5.99 or $9.99, and everything about their presentation is beyond slick. I had no problems at all running a 15 year old game. If you have any classics you've never gotten to play, I highly recommend them.

Latest round up... ...the kids are still all about SUPER MARIO GALAXY 2. And the other night, I was in my office and heard my wife start a session of the first LEGEND OF ZELDA (on virtual console). ...Finished LIMBO (XBLA) the other day to much applause (um...from me, I guess ) and like everyone else, loved it and plan on trying to run through it again to get the 5 Deaths or Less achievement... Maybe. ...but beyond that, haven't had much time on the Xbox lately. Need to rememedy that soon. ...Did grab the first MOTORSTORM for the PS3 the other week (CHEAP) and really enjoyed the feel and physics although the SixAxis controls aren't that great, IMO. ...Spent plenty of time playing PUZZLE QUEST 2 on the DS and in all honesty, I liked the 1st game, was really disappointed by GALATRIX, and....really found myself enjoying PQ2. Better game play, improved minigames, solid loot collecting, and still captured the feel of the first game. It's still a Match 3 game, but one that I would whole-heartedly recommend. ...though due to always being on the go, the bulk of my game playing lately has been on the iPhone. The latest would include: * DOODLE GOD ($.99) :: * HELSING'S FIRE ($.99) :: * CARCASSONNE ($4.99) :: * MINER DISTRUBANCE ($.99) :: * CASTLE SMASHER (Free) :: * GODVILLE (Free) :: * 1942: FIRST STRIKE ($.99) :: * PHOENIX WRIGHT: ACE ATTORNEY ($2.99) :: * DARK VOID ZERO ($.99) :: * GETGLUE (Free) :: Okay - the last one isn't really a game, but it certainly got me checking in constantly....

Still playing, The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition. I've also fired up another playthrough of Mass Effect 2. While I did download the Overlord DLC quite a while ago, this was my first time playing it. I had a sad.

sorry if this is old, but i just saw this a few minutes ago: marvel vs capcom, extended commercial:
http://www.youtube.com/v/7WZdQD2kEk4&rel=1i have to say the marvel characters were punks! no scene of them getting a punch or a shot in! WTF? that said, the animation is nice, and the fight scenes are good. i laughed at deadpool's poke in the end (get it?). -mike

I finished Singularity at the weekend.
It was a lot of fun. Not the most original game in the world, but the freaky time manipulation device was a lot of fun to use and the story was wacky enough to hold my attention.
