Pretty sure at that point it was just Vicodin.  Tongue
Ghost grew on me after a while. I loved the instrumental part at the end of "At least that's what you said" and "Handshake Drugs" was pretty good as well. But overall I agree. Not great as a whole.

Boy, Ghost has some of my favorite and least favorite Wilco tracks. I think I love the album for that...

That said, I saw them play with my buddies not too long after Ghost was released, and they played "Spiders (Kidsmoke)" which is my least favorite thing they or any other band has ever done. I excused myself to the restroom, and my friends just banged their head on the seat in front of them the whole time until the blood from their ears matched the color of the relentless thumping in their brains.

Comics were definitely happier, breezier and more confident in their own strengths before Hollywood and the Internet turned the business of writing superhero stories into the production of low budget storyboards or, worse, into conformist, fruitless attempts to impress or entertain a small group of people who appear to hate comics and their creators. - Grant Morrison

I sat on a blanket in the Zoo, in a drizzling rain, and listened to Amos Lee.  He put on a good show.

Yim Yames-"All things must pass".

I thought it was a deep track Neil Young song that I had never heard.  Awesome.

Turns out it is Jim James from My Morning Jacket.  I can't recommend it enough if you like acoustic
Neil Young " Needle and the Damage Done" kinda stuff.
