Forgiveness Rock Record is my favorite right now. The S/T was the main album I'd listen to before. I don't have Feel Good Lost and haven't listen to You Forget it in People a whole lot. I listened to them off and on before I saw them live. They stole the show and I've been a fan since, (but not an expert). Have you listened to it? How's it rank for you? If not, the album is still on NPR.

I haven't listened to it yet. I'm a bit iffy on it cause I didn't really enjoy the self titled album, but You Forgot it in People is one of my favorite albums of the last decade and I loved Feel Good Lost too. It sounds like it's a smaller, more focused group this time around though, so I'll probably give it a go.

Broken Social Scene-You Forgot it in People I haven't listened to it (Forgiveness Rock Record) yet. but still give it a listen the new album feels more like the S/T album. It's more of a feel-good up-beat jam session than the moody sounds of You Forgot it in People. The songs, may sound more focused than those of the S/T album, but the album as a whole is all over the place.

Sure, it had Anthems for a 18 Year Old Girl, but it also had Almost Crimes. The self titled probably suffered for me because it had to follow up You Forgot it in People, but I also think it didn't really work as an album. There were a few good songs on it, but there was also a lot of what I felt was filler. I gotta revisit it though.

Moody compared to the other two albums, but maybe not compared to something like Mount Eerie-Wind's Poem. I don't consider moody bad (I like moody). Some of my favorite albums are ones I had to revisit (like Fugazi's The Argument, I wanted Repeater) If you listen to Forgiveness Rock Record, let me know what you think and karma for getting me to listen to something different.
