It's from the Onion's website so the entire thing is just a mock news report intended as comedy. If you aren't familiar with the Onion, it's a humorous, satirical free newspaper.

 Cheesy

I really do need to put more practice time in on collecting morning dew in human skulls.

Hearts the Onion!

It's hard to imagine the Onion started as a college newspaper and has grown into the monolith of Truth that it is today.  (Ahem, sarcasm, ahem)

There were some good parts to the Onion Movie. I loved the invented stereotype about taffy.

 Huh?  Onion....movie?

Okay, Steven Seagal plays "Cock Puncher", according to IMDB.  How is it I live on this Earth, and not in a bomb shelter, and I've never heard of this very recent movie?

I think the funniest Onion book was Our Dumb Century. I loved on of the headlines from the 1950's: "Flint, Michigan begins 50 years of growth and prosperity". Very funny, especially if you grew up near there as I did.

There was a also a stat shot of Best Regional Fiction that amazed me. One book was something like "Murder on Washtenaw avenue where it splits by the water tower". One of the writers must have gone to Eastern Michigan University because I know exactly where that is.

I still have a copy of the print edition that came out after 9/11. That was really good.
