Hey?  How does Namor fly when he wears the black longpants?  I'm sure the wing ankles do not help, but what does?  What are they for?  And when he wears the longpants, aren't they crunched?  If they aren't, does he fit his feet through the longpants down through the footies until the wings pop out of ankle holes?  And if so ... OUCH?!?

I blame you Steve Raker.  Your Namor figurine sparked these questions and I won't rest until they're ANSWERED!!  IMPERIOUS REX!!!

Here's some information on the figure.  Aside from this and one statue (which shows him wearing 'shoes'), every time I recall seeing Namor wearing pants they were slightly longer than Capri-style, not going all the way down to the ankle, but past the calf before getting to the wing.

A nice design touch allows for wing-freedom while 'booty' is donned over foot, but it still looks a little tight for the wings to get past the knee when Namor once put on his pants, just like us, one winged-leg ata time:

I like the 'thinker'-pose!  I bought mine loose without the scepter (for substantially less than the quite expensive packaged one).
