The ridges thing I don't necessarily have a problem with--in motion it could ebb and flow and glow with light and look sorta like the nerve endings sending energy throughout the suit.
What bothers me is that, from the looks of the high res photos, the suit is COMPLETELY green. That's...really tacky, IMO.

I just finished reading the first draft of the movie. I won't spoil anything, but if the movie is even remotely close to the first draft after all the rewrites it is going to be epic. There are some really wicked fight scenes in it and if there are going to be good CGI it could be phenomenal.

I AM SO ANGRY!!!
Not sure at what though... looks basically what I expected it to look like. I'm assuming it will be on par with the Fantastic Four movies, which I quite enjoyed (they where fun) but they enraged a lot of fans.
And I agree, Kilowog looks as good as one could hope.

You know how a lot of people have been waiting for the superhero movie that will kill all future superhero movies? I don't want to judge too soon, but yikes. I'm getting a Flash Gordon vibe, but Flash Gordon was supposed to be that way.

Oh come on, yeah!! I'm ready for fun! That was a great face Reynolds pulled when Kilowog went sniffing all down in his grill! (He shouls so totally be portraying Kyle Rayner though.) A guy who makes green will-constructs from a ring. Going to inhabited planets in space. Meeting aliens. Is there any possible way this could be in The Dark Knight Rises' world? Highly doubtful. (When in DC continuity, it actually is! I just now boggled my own cotdamn mind on that one! Can you IMAGINE a Justice League movie with Christian Bale cast as the same Batman who , sitting around the same table as Reynolds' Hal Jordan and having to elbow that Kilowog out of the way??) Probably on par with the Fantastic Four movies--I agree. Good thing I liked the Fantastic Four movies. |
