I want to see what those who didnt go out of their way to see it early think. people who go to midnight showings and sneak previews are usually uber fans and go in more likely to love the work flaws and all.

Still recovering from last night. It was a really great movie. It remind me of the first Superman movie. I talk to people who were not Comic Fans and they really like it. Kids are going to love this movie. Have fun and go see this movie I have an honest question about the bolded statement. I wanted to take my Daughter (7 years old) but the movie is PG-13. As someone who has seen it, what makes this PG-13? the Tiki

I was in my seat, I had my drink, popcorn and 3-d glasses. I was ready to go...then after 45 minutes of being told "please bare with us" the hammer fell. "Due to technical difficulties we can't show the movie tonight." D'oh!
The Regal gave everyone in attendance a free pass to see any movie at any time so it is not a complete loss. Just a bit bumped that I didn't get to see the movie. Oh well I always have this weekend.

also, in one scene, Hal is slyly giving his friend the middle finger when showing what the ring can do.

That's lame. Sure, you get the free pass, but you should be compensated for your wasted time. In situations like this you should get 2 free passes, AND a voucher for some soda and popcorn. Not to mention a refund for your ticket.

that's weird! they had a bunch of technical issues with ours too.. first they stopped the previews twice. then during the beginning of the movie the screen went black for a moment, then was flickering when it came back, and after a few minutes of that it went black again for a moment and then came back fine. after that it was fairly smooth sailing though.

Not to mention a refund for your ticket. It would have been nice to get something more then just a single ticket. I figure I lost about 90 minutes between getting there early for a free screening then waiting. In the parking lot I overheard someone talking to a friend and said "this was a scam to get us to by refreshments now and then again when we go back."
