Colin Farrell though I'll have to disagree. He was pretty good in In Bruges. I haven't seen it but I find it hard to believe that one movie where he was somewhat tolerable would be able to wash the stank out of my mouth left behind from Daredevil, The Recruit, Phone Booth, or the coma-inducing Miami Vice.

He's reall good in Ondine. I really like Miami Vice but I've only seen the director's cut.

You're a stronger man than I. I fell asleep both times I tried to watch it.

ryan reynolds isn't the BEST actor out there, but he's certainly far from the worst.

I think the problem is that Ryan Reynolds always plays Ryan Reynolds, and Ryan Reynolds is such a far cry from Hal Jordan.

After seeing the trailer I am ramped up to see it. It looks good to me. The effects look shaky but they got almost 8 months to really put some work into them. I think this will be a nice fun good time movie to watch. Can't wait. And screw the negative reviews of the trailer cause they haven't seen the finish product. And the guy in the article who said he hates "Comic Book Movies" now, screw him too. I love them.

Why does he hate American Splendor? I don't think he mentioned Scott Pilgrim Vs The World or Kick-Ass.

Two things: (1) Warners should have backed up a truck to ILM and had them do the special effects because the effects in the trailer look terrible. (2) Blake Lively looks sickly skinny. More starving model than Hal's equal.

I have to say. The trailer looked pretty darn sweet on the big screen before Harry Potter last night.

I wanted something to elevate the genre and not make me feel childish for telling everyone how awesome GL is. This trailer doesn't seem to indicate anything close to that. I'm thinking Spider-Man 2 quality but this looks like X-men 3.

I finally saw the trailer last night (before Harry Potter), and I have to say: what some of you were saying about Blake Lively is true. Her line readings, even in a fast edited three minute trailer, stood out like a sore, flat, thumb.

What is that from? And is that Ryan O'Neal? When I watched him in Paper Moon, he reminded me of Robert Redford. In that clip he reminds of, well, the kid in Troll 2.

That is Ryan O'Neal in Tough Guys Don't Dance. I am tempted to see if he went into rehab at any point in the late '80s, 'cause that's ruining Paper Moon and Barry Lyndon for me.

Just got back from a Potter screening. I have to admit the trailer looked a lot better on the big screen. I wasn't feeling the trailer at all on my computer, but seeing the trailer on the big screen got me a little excited.
