I have mixed feelings of this movie based on the trailer. I am a huge GL fan and soo much want this movie to go well. However, I'm not setting the bar very high on this one. Please WB prove me wrong! Most of this trailer appears to be (obvious) CGI. I know that space aliens and Oa doesn't exist but you can tell it's mostly "green screen". Sinestro looks fake, Hal's contstructs look like smoke, and Hal is mostly walking instead of flying, Carol Ferris (Blake Lively) isn't smokin hot, and Ryan Reynolds looks like friggin Ben Stiller! I liked it.  There was really nothing about it that was horrible, it looked like a fun action/adventure flick. As for the costume .. get over it, its not THAT bad. Some of it looked down right awesome, the other CGI corps members looked great. N Travis N |

Great ... now I gotta change my underwear.
That trailer was MUCH better than the teaser. I definitely agree about the oath part. I love the change in eye color as he spat the words out.
I think this will be the best year for comic movies we've ever had.

I've been kinda whatever about all these comic book movie announcements cuz we dont know if we are getting TDK or Catwoman. But hot damn if this trailer didn't get me excited.

I skip a lot of superhero movies but sign me up for this one. It looks like they made it at least as much a science-fiction adventure kinda movie as superhero movie and that makes me happy. I don't think he'll be catching any bank robbers. Well, maybe interstellar bank robbers.  |
