I thought it was going to be a solo show and I had two comics out in case I had time for a Marvel Tales, but I remembered the review Mike sent a week or so ago, the voicemail from Carlos arrived, and then I found the email from Adam (which was almost missed because it wasn't sent to the show's address (hint, hint)).

I was rushing because a thunderstorm was rolling in, but I talked about what I really wanted to talk about.

David A Price: "...with all that Steve Raker has on his plate ..."

David dude, word on the depressation!!  I was mad too.  Are they ever going to stop with this behavior??  Especially with the graphic depiction.  Maybe I need to tell myself that if it's fair to show the villains getting offed with graphic violence, then superheroes are going to get it too.  But ... but ... she wasn't even frickin a part of this All Different, All Murderous X-Men!  It sucks.  I'll never stop hating it.

Speaking of hating it, I didn't even buy the 2nd Dan Slott Avengers.  Wanda appeared without the backstory that I've been waiting for since she and Clint bumped uglies up in the village.  Now here she is apparently, back in the red headdress and cape, flitting around like nothing's wrong?  Rubbed me the wrong way.

Anyway ... further in I go!  It was fun to have you and me meshing there in your prologue, David!  Just like old times (as in, before Millar & Hitch took on the FF)!   Whistle  One Wave

We'll have it again, one day, buddy.  Maybe even with the Hickman/Eaglesham FF (although I'm not too sure if the first issue of Dark Reign: Fantastic Four is any real indication).

We'll be finding out what Wanda's been up to in the next issue.  And the latest issue had a pretty snazzy reveal.  I may not have loved the Wundagore/Chton story, but I'm not hatin' on 'em not telling us what's up with Wanda right away.  Let Slott get a feel for this group, first.  This was a decent setup.

Like I said about the Chaos Magic thing, it's based off belief. Dr. Strange said Chaos Magic doesn't exist because that's the easiest way to shut it down. As we saw in Mighty Avengers, Chaos is super powerful and works fast, but it's fragile.

Strange just took the path of least resistance  Thumbs Up

There is no snark when it comes to Deadpool.  That's just outright dislike.

You dislike, i admire. But eventhough i'm a DP fan, i'm not picking this one up. I spend to much on DP (did i really say that?) and I need the money for everything else that gets suggested on the show....and food

Now I'm worried...

While dreamy, that ain't just Sal alone...  was McLeod still inking by that issue, or was it Blevins or the like? Thinking

It looks a little Bret Blevins-y, but I'm thinking that's Sal inked by Tom Mandrake.  Maybe from around New Mutants #11?

I'll double-check tonight when I have time at home. Wouldn't be the first time I've been completely wrong about something, Embarrassed and lord knows the two of you are far more informed when it comes to recognizing specific artist's work. Not Worthy To be honest, though, I selected that image more for it being of Dani than the artist drawing her, if that makes sense.
