I can't believe nobody has gotten you to do all of the Doctor Who's yet.  That would be cool to see.

Well, he'll have two more to do when he gets to my place in the queue, so there's that to look forward to!     Thumbs Up

Mine was around the same time and put in for buffy and the entire runaways lineup.  I have to say as a pro artist who has done large commission sales (just sold out of and finished 100  sports sketches from a july 4th 10$  sketch card sale)
Sometimes when your super bogged down and you know your never getting to the end, just refund the buyers or go back and offer them one really speial peice that is faster for you than  the 11 commisions.  I would think that would make sense anyway refunding those of us who paid 3$ and getting on to the guys who paid 6$.

The guys at my LCS and I put in for almost 30 of these.  We started ordering in April.  There are 9 people involved on my end.  Hopefully we'll hear something soon!

Tony, you need to get on a Star Wars book pronto!  I was scanning all the sketches - the SW pieces are too dope!

Hey-

Just wondering if anyone has heard back from Tony on the status of the sketches.  Places my order sometime back and noticed he hasn't been posting here or on his blog lately.  I tried his e-mail address as well and didn't get a response.  I hope all is ok.  If anybody has heard from him lately, or if you're reading this Tony, please shoot me a PM so I know what the deal is.

Thanks.

Very weird because I was thinking the exact same thing today too. I know he got a metric ton of sketches to do so I'm sure there is some backup. I was going to email myself just to make sure my order didn't get lost in the shuffle.

Well, remember last year when the Hero by Night guy (whose name I totally forget right now) did his "I'll draw anything for $2" online sketches last year, he was buried by hundreds and hundreds of requests thanks to word of mouth and the word being spread by sites like The Beat and The Comics Reporter.  It took the guy several months to get to me, but my sketch did finally materialize.  I'm willing to give Tony the benefit of the doubt and be patient here.

Yes!  I couldn't think of his name at all, and was too lazy to do the minimal amount of research needed to find out.  Karma to you for abetting my laziness, David!
