That's the main character from the Gears of War series; a game where your machine gun has a chainsaw instead of a bayonet.  Huh?

I'm not up on the gaming stuff, I've got 3 young kids so all the video games in the house are kid friendly. Been that way for almost a decade, so I'm really out of the loop.

You always seem to find the perfect back ground for the figures how long does that take you? :S  I have a canon powershot  a720is I've taken some trippy shots with it but never done any fancy  toy shots   with it ...  Guess I should give it a try eh?  PS do you use a tripod ?

Heres one in my back yard

& this one I pulled over on the freeway on the ride home from sdcc last year & got it running away

Dude, those are great! My wildlife shots never turn out that good  Hearts

As far as my toy stuff, it usually doesn't take too long. I'm lucky enough to live across the street to a forest preserve so I have lots of different settings to choose from. It actually takes me longer to find the right location than it does to set everything up (if I have lights or need a diffuser, etc), and I do use a tripod when I need one. If the light is low or I want a long exposure, the tripod is a must have.  Thumbs Up
