"It's propelled by the speed of it's own shrinkage, Ben, just as a balloon moves quickly when the air is expelled!" Take that, Costanza! I don't know if that method of propulsion reflects sound scientific research... I think Stan just made it up. Excelsior! Jim You think Stan made it up?

You think Stan made it up? LOL! Well, Jack could have made it up and Stan might have just transcribed it. Let's ask Vince! Jim

There is a clobberin' time panel coming up soon. Looking through these there is a good stretch where there is a clobberin time in every issue.

Good gracious! I'm just pummeling you with karma! Ditto. Bryan posts an FF panel every day, so I give him karma every day. It's a good system. Jim

Maaaaaaaan...! That is just such a good, classic Bejamin J Grimm right there. Awesome coloring, awesome inking, awesome brow ridge, awesome Kirby. I'm realizing through this series that the Mego Thing action figure (okay, face it, it was a doll. Mego made superhero dolls. There I said it.) had a body stocking based on Kirby's inks. BKiTiDQ~~_12.JPG) But then again, why not? The dolls (okay, alright! ACTION FIGURES) came out in 1974 and so did these comic issues. Oh, the 70's. I could break down and weep when I think of those days of innocence. Saturday morning cartoons w/ Schoolhouse Rock and Summers off. Magic. Just MAGIC. Uh...where was I? Oh yeah! And the action lines around him again! AWESOME.

It's sad, that Kirby couldn't bear looking at those dolls and figures...

Technically, they were probably based off Sinnott's inks, but I think Kirby was pencilling the rocks that way anyway. Jim (who mentions inkers whenever possible)
