mine has to be either x-men 25 (with the rocking gambit hologram) or avengers west coast 102, with the disolution of the west coasters...DnA written goodness before i even know who they were...for some reason i always gloomed onto the west coasters...i guess its a product of growing up in maine...long maine winters, and short summers always made me crave the west coast...

Warren Ellis Stormwatch and Authority

Yes!  You have just earned a ticket to ride the Karma train.  Destination?  AWESOME.

Off the top of my head, my most re-read comics are:
The aforementioned Warren Ellis runs on Stormwatch & The Authority (my re-introduction to comics)
Thor Visionaries: Walt Simonson Vol. 1 (BETA RAY BILL!)
Grant Mrrrison's run on JLA (Particularly Strength IN Numbers, World War III, and Justice For All)
Spider-Man Loves Mary Jane (quick to read and quite possibly some of my favourite Spider-Man stories)
and Fun With Milk And Cheese by Evan Dorkin (MERV GRIFFIN!)

I can't get away from my 80's 2000AD love:
* The Brian Bolland Judge Dredd/Judge Death issues;  Also, Judge Dredd: The Apocalypse War, the Judge Child, and Necropolis
* Nemesis the Warlock (Mainly, but not limited to the Kevin O'Neill issues)
* D.R. & Quinch's Guide to Life (Alan Moore/Alan Davis)

But I also have love for my intro into collecting comics in the first place:
* Secret Wars

These are some books I probably should re-read.  I'll bet I'd get something very different out of them now than I did originally.

Do it! Hate is particularly fun to re-read and I seem to enjoy something new in those Woodring Frank comics every time I revisit them.

I can't get away from my 80's 2000AD love:
* The Brian Bolland Judge Dredd/Judge Death issues

Mucho karma.

the story is heavy but it is so well written and while im not big on manga the art is very much done in that vein and its just a wonderful book.

Warlock and the Infinity Watch#1
G.I. Joe (Marvel - first 80 or so issues)
Identity Crisis
Planetary

I find myself rereading Fables. I think there is a lot to appreciate in each issue that you may not fully give it's due as you enjoy the entirety of the series (if you read it collected like I do).

lots of great answers on the board.  after a bit of thinking, it would probably be shanna the she devil, or the john byrne she hulk run.

edit:  also frank miller's daredevil run (the omnibii)
