A few things that I pulled out to read and reread while cleaning up (more to come as I catalog and store since my shipment of short boxes arrived yesterday):

 Huh? Holy Shit, Slurmo...

You're going to end up like that guy in the "Time Enough At Last" episode of the Twilight Zone.

I have the second half of the USM omnibus to be read. I just got the ECHO collection. I also have about 8 more issues in the second half of my Claremont/Lee Omnibus to read. I'm sure I will be ordering another book tomorrow so it shows up Friday. Its my own personal tradition.

I'm anal about not letting things pile up. I try to never buy more than two to three books at a time. If I let it pile up it starts to fee like a chore or I start feeling guilty when I buy something new and have all of the other stuff just sitting there.

Slurmo, could you let me know what you thought of Dotter of Her Father's Eyes?  I'm not buying as much these days, but I'm always tempted by Bryan Talbot.

It's good it's really unique since it is part autobiography (Mary Talbot) part non fiction. It's Talbot so of course there's some heartbreakingly sad stuff. There's some great things going on with the artwork too. It's hard to describe you have to experience it.

DM me your address and I'll send it to you.

My boy the penguin! oops I mean Henry Bemis!

Yeah, the good thing about being broke is that I'm actually reading stuff that I own rather than buying more. I'm gonna kill this stack soon.

 Yes

I talked about it a couple episodes back, about memories and recall being 'different' than reality.

I've been reading enough but I'm trying to bump up my reading to two trades a day. Thinking about upcoming cons embarrassed me to redouble my efforts to get the regina down otherwise why I am buying this stuff?  Cheesy

You didn't miss much.  I only referenced the issue in passing during our Deep Space Nine chat.  I mentioned it was pulled out of the stack to see if my memory of it holds up and that I'll report on it when I read the issue.
