If you are an independent comics creator, step on up and tell us about your creations. Post pictures, links, synopses, contact information, incriminating photos of David, whatever it takes to get your stuff seen. The more eyes, the merrier.

Come on, Steve, Dave, Pat, etc. Slap some images on this puppy.  Rock Horns

Hey guys

We're not quite an indie comic, I know, and I guess there must be a San Diego thread around here somewhere but I couldn't find it, so I just wanted to post a quick reminder:

If you're going to San Diego Comic-Con this week, come check out the Street Angel screening at 6:20pm on Thursday 22nd, as part of Comic-Con's short film programme. We’re just next door in the Marriott Hotel, Hall 1 & 2.

And we’re on opposite Scott Pilgrim, so we need all the help we can get!

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/v/nnL9b1Hrrrs&rel=1" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/v/nnL9b1Hrrrs&rel=1</a>

As recently plugged on this here beautiful podcast and on The Beat!: http://www.comicsbeat.com/2010/07/09/preview-street-angel-trailer/#comment-50115

Thanks guys!

Cheers

Glimpse from a strip in the upcoming HipHopScotch #1...

Right on, can't wait to see what this is about.  I'm guessing it has a hip hop influence with is something I've wanted to incorporate into a comic so I'm very interested to check it out.

Actually, neither the strip nor the book in general have anything to do with the hip hop music genre... HipHopScotch was originally the name of the strip I created about a surly rabbit who hangs out with a fly. I just love the combination of words. Thanks for your interest in what I do!

Oh, gotcha, either way still looking forward to seeing it.

And since my site is getting virtually no traffic, check out my web comic Hellidays!  Basically it's what would happen if all the Holiday mascots were evil and somehow you got caught up in taking them down.

What's the perfect gift for your teaching friends?  Why, Public Education Vol. 1, of course.  180 strips encapsulating the funny and profound things kids say.  You may have seen my webcomic already, if not go to Strips4.com immediately, chuckle at the comic and then buy it here

http://www.strips4.com/store/

Pick it up.  This printing cost me August groceries  Green Apple Dance

Guy I know, Jay, took part in writing a comic for charity.
Cat Odes!
"Cat Odes is a wonderful collection of comics that celebrate cats and just why they are so awesome. From timid house cats to ancient Japanese myths to secret agent cats to cats exploring space -- Cat Odes covers just about it all."

And the greatest part of all about this comic book, it gives back. That's right, 75% of the net profit from this book will be donated to ASPCA®!

Khaki Shorts #26, only 1 British Pound! I'm not from Britain, but I think that's like 48 cents American, 15 Euros, or 1 hojillion yen. A bargain now matter how you poorly convert it!
