I got the first War Stories trade from Parker in the gift exchange. Really awesome stuff! The Boys never interested me, but I freakin love Preacher! Probably my fave series of all time just behind The Exterminators.

Theres been no Sydney announcment yet:( It's still a while off yet.

We should have a meet and greet at our local Supanovas. I would be keen for Sydney.

How much do you think Perez will charge? Personally I have to stop myself at cons now. always get buyers remorse when it comes to stars.

There are only two people that could get me squealing like a fangirl again for a signing. Stan Lee and Garth Ennis.... maybe Joe Kelly.... and Ed McGuiness. Huh?

Normally signing of work is free, but commissons cost depends on artist, some do it for free others charge, it can also depend on what you want,

If the artist does a quick head sketches for free i tend to get one inside of a book, but i got a mate the collects his favorite characters that artist has worked on as often pays around $50

i'd say perez is a going to cost you $50, but he is a "hero intiative"  member so maybe you could work out a donation deal

I'm gonna be heading to Supernova on Sunday if anyone is interested in meeting up. They are doing a show of Street Angel at 2:20pm, not sure if I will stay that long, but it is making me re think it.

Im taking a miss on the Supanova show this weekend.
They were selling a George Perez, Wolfman pass that gave you a guaranteed sketch from Mr. Perez, plus signing time.

Also, the armageddon site has an announcement for the gold and silver passes

http://armageddonexpo.com/au/

whats interesting is the last paragraph: "We are also looking a number of other passes for those trying to avoid the wait in animation and comic signing lines. More on this soon."

so yeah, I'd be up for that, especially if it beats that Jim Lee line of Armageddon's past. I lined up for 8 hours over the weekend.

I'm in Melbourne too...I try to frequent Comics R Us in Bourke Street when I can.

ALso...the Immonens (Stuart and Kathryn) will be at sydney armageddon...with JOE KUBERT!!
